Mission Statement

The Pittsburgh PC Help Desk
is a service specifically designed
for one on one support and repairs in the home or office,
by phone or in home or business service visits.

Most of my clients just need some help with DSL setup, basic e-mail and Internet usage,
or repairs and upgrades to their computer.

Others need help developing an office or business network,
or maintaining a network that is already in place and operational.

I also do data recovery from failed systems and have had great success in most all cases.
The only exceptions are when the HD is physically damaged and unreadable.
At that point I can recommend a more specialized solution.

I enjoy the work and the chance to help you get the job done.
