Sony Vaio pcv-rx580: Opening the case: How to open the case on a Sony Vaio pcv-rx580.

I had to put up a page on this one because this Vaio is an other Oriental Puzzle Box from hell.

First: Take off the top of the case by gently lifting the 2 flimsy plastic clips at the back of the top piece, and then slide the top of the case towards the back. Lift up and it's off.

Second: Now look for a some what large metal clip like lever at the back top right of the case.
As you're looking at or from the back, it's near the top right corner.
Push that clip in hard, towards the front of the case, and the side will fold out from the top.
