"An image on the upcoming window could not be displayed correctly
due to low memory. For best results try closing unused windows."

The above error message is due to AOL's Image cache being too full.
Following is the fix for the problem.

While you're off line:

1. Open AOL but don't sign on.
2. Go to My AOL / Preferences / Graphics, and set the "Maximum disk
    space to use for online Art" from 20 to 1.
3. Close AOL software ( the cache will now purge )
4. Re-open AOL and go to My AOL / Preferences / Graphics, and re-set
    the "Maximum disk space to use for online Art" from 1, back to 20.

      That's it!
