- problem - infinite loop:
Below, you'll find the fix that worked for me.
But first, there is no guarantee that this will work for your machine.
Since ATI
and other hardware manufactures don't seem to be providing any information or suggestions
for this problem, I'm hoping that with your help we can begin to provide
the solution to more uses with our collective effort.
If you're
particular machine doesn't have the same configuration as in the fix below,
consider calling or emailing the manufacturer of your computer.

The Fix:
It's a problem
with the video driver, device driver. ATI
If
you're seeing ati2dvag.exe then search google for "remove ati2dvag.exe"
that one is a different issue.
Here's
the fix for the infinite loop problem caused by ati2dvag.dll
that worked for me and has worked for some others.
Right click
on My Computer
Choose Properties
Choose the Hardware(Tab)
Choose Device Manager(button)
Click the [+] next to System devices
Right click on CPU to AGP Controller
(If you can't find this, emailing me will not
help. Contact the manufacturer of your PC,
Choose the Update Driver(button)
Select Install
from a list or specific location (Advanced)
Choose Next(button)
Select "Don't search. I will choose the driver to install."
Choose Next(button)
Select PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge
Hit Next(button)
Hit Finish(button)
Reboot.
I am no longer answer emails about this issue.
If
the problem persists the only suggestion I can make is to
contact the manufacturer of your PC.
